Why I can't write this

A "CVV selling site" is a marketplace for stolen payment card data. The numbers listed there come from breaches, skimming, phishing, and carding, and using them is card fraud under 18 U.S.C. 1029 and similar laws in every U.S. state. I won't write a buyer's guide for that, and I won't rank or vouch for any such site, because the premise of a "trusted, no scam" CVV shop does not exist. These operations are run by criminal groups, buyers get burned routinely, and a "good" vendor review mostly means someone got a working card before the bank shut it down.

What I can help with instead

If you legitimate need to accept card payments, or to check that a payment vendor is real before you pay them, that's a normal research problem and I can help with it.

  • Accepting payments as a merchant: compare payment processors on settlement time, chargeback and dispute fees, PCI DSS scope, fraud screening tools, monthly minimums, and contract termination terms. Ask whether they support level 2 and level 3 data for B2B cards.
  • Vetting an e-commerce checkout: check the business registration, look at the processor's logo and confirm the site is listed in the processor's merchant directory, verify the TLS certificate belongs to the company, and read the refund and chargeback policy before you enter a card number.
  • If your own card was compromised: freeze the card through your issuer's app, dispute the charges within the window your issuer allows, request a new number, and pull your free credit reports to look for new accounts you did not open.
  • If you are researching fraud for school or work: use published breach reports, the FTC and FBI IC3 advisories, and card network security documentation. Those sources describe how carding works without pointing anyone at a storefront.

If you were scammed by one of these sites

Report it to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center, your state attorney general, and your card issuer. Do not send more money to recover a prior payment. Recovery-fee schemes are a second layer of the same fraud.
