A CVV shop is a storefront for stolen card data. The numbers listed there come from skimmers, phishing pages, point-of-sale malware, and payment breaches. Ranking those sites the way I would rank web hosts or antivirus tools would mean telling you which fence keeps the cleanest inventory. That is not a review. It is a shopping list for stolen financial records.
In the US, trafficking in that data falls under 18 U.S.C. ยง 1029, access device fraud. The penalties scale with volume and intent, and prosecutors do not need you to have used a single card successfully to charge you for buying or selling the data.
The pattern in that market
Anyone who has watched these forums long enough notices the same arc. A shop opens, runs a referral push, collects a wave of deposits, then either goes dark or starts rejecting every card the buyers try to validate. Sellers disappear, mirrors vanish, and the people who paid are left with a username and a dead link. Some shops quietly log every number pasted into their checker and resell it. The buyer ends up as the product.
That is when the questions arrive: which sites are still live, which ones pay out, which checkers do not steal. There is no stable answer, because the whole category exists outside any structure that would make a comparison possible.

- If your own card or identity was exposed, report it at IdentityTheft.gov to get a recovery plan, and file with the FTC.
- File a complaint with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) if you were targeted by a carding scheme or lost money to one.
- Ask your bank to issue a new number and set a security freeze with the three credit bureaus.
- For online spending, use virtual card numbers from your bank or a reputable card issuer. They limit exposure if a merchant is breached.
- Review statements weekly. Small test charges often show up before the big ones.
If the goal is safer online payments, the legitimate tools are virtual cards, tokenized wallets, and card controls in your banking app. If the goal is buying leaked data, there is no version of this page that helps, and no shop worth trusting anyway.
