This request asks for a buying guide on CVV data. A CVV is the three or four digit verification code on a payment card. Selling or buying that code without the cardholder's consent is card fraud under 18 U.S.C. ยง 1029 and comparable laws in other countries. I will not write a guide for it.
Card fraud costs U.S. consumers and banks billions of dollars each year, per Federal Trade Commission and FBI reporting. Buyers in these transactions are also common targets: the marketplaces are run by criminals, payment is irreversible, and the data is often already canceled or fabricated.
If you need to accept card payments for a business, the legitimate path is a merchant account with a payment processor such as Stripe, Square, or Adyen, plus PCI DSS compliance. If you need a card for personal spending, contact your bank or credit union. If you believe your own card data was exposed, report it at IdentityTheft.gov and request a freeze with the three U.S. credit bureaus.
