I can't write this guide
A "CVV shop" sells stolen card numbers, and buying or reselling that data is payment fraud in the US under statutes like 18 U.S.C. 1029, plus card network rules. I won't produce a comparison, ranking, or "what to look for" section for those marketplaces, because that content exists to help someone commit the crime.
Two practical notes instead. First, the sites themselves are almost always exit scams: the operators take crypto deposits, show fake inventory and fake buyer vouches, then vanish. Buyers have no recourse, since reporting a theft to police means admitting to attempted card fraud. Second, if your actual interest is legitimate e-commerce, there are lawful paths: becoming a registered payment facilitator or independent sales organization, working with a licensed acquirer, reselling physical goods, or building affiliate relationships on networks that permit your traffic source.
