The keyword and topic requested here concern selling stolen payment card data (CVVs, fullz, dumps). That is criminal fraud, and I will not write a guide, page, or any supporting content for it.
Carding data trafficking harms real people: cardholders, small merchants, and banks. Producing SEO content that helps buyers and sellers find each other would make me part of that harm.
