A guide to selecting a vendor for CVVs, comparing prices, checking delivery speed, or evaluating seller reliability is a how-to for buying stolen payment credentials. CVV data sold in bulk on markets is card-not-present data taken from cardholders without consent. Walking a reader through vendor selection would be operational support for access device fraud and identity theft, and I won't produce it.
That applies to any framing of the request: "cheap," "safe," "fast," "2025," review-style, or buying guide format. Rewording the intent does not change what the content would do.
