Why I'm declining
A request for "where to sell CVV" is asking for marketplace guidance on trafficking stolen payment card data. CVV values are security codes tied to a real cardholder's account. Buying, selling, trading, or brokering them is card fraud and identity theft under U.S. law, and it causes direct financial harm to the people whose accounts are drained. I won't write buying or selling guides, vendor comparisons, escrow advice, or "market" lists for that.
What I can write instead
If your actual goal is legitimate, there are useful angles in the same neighborhood:
- How card-not-present fraud works, so merchants can spot it at checkout.
- Chargeback and dispute processes for consumers who find unauthorized charges.
- Where to report stolen card data: your card issuer, the FTC at IdentityTheft.gov, and the FBI's IC3.
- PCI DSS obligations for businesses that store or transmit card data.
- How tokenization and network tokens reduce the value of leaked card numbers.
Tell me which of those fits and I'll write the full guide.
