The short answer

There is no legitimate website or Telegram group that sells CVV data. Anything advertising card numbers, "fullz," or "dumps" is either moving stolen payment credentials or running a straight con. In the US, buying or selling that data is a federal offense, and the operators behind those channels are usually the same people who will take your money and disappear.

Buying Guide: How to Sell CVV Websites on Telegram with Bitcoin

What the listings are actually offering

CVV is the three or four digit verification code printed on a card. In carding markets it gets bundled with the card number, expiration date, cardholder name, and sometimes a billing address, Social Security number, or bank login. That bundle is what sellers call a fullz record.

None of it is theirs to sell. It comes from skimmers, phishing pages, merchant breaches, and credential stuffing. Sellers resell the same record dozens of times, so the first buyer and the fiftieth get identical data. Many of the cards were already canceled before the listing went up.

The Telegram version is the worst version

Marketplace sites at least have a reputation to protect, or pretend to. Telegram channels do not. Accounts are disposable, admins can delete a channel in seconds, and there is no dispute process, no escrow that means anything, and no one to complain to. Common outcomes for buyers:

  • Payment sent, no data delivered, channel gone.
  • Data delivered, cards all declined, admin blocks the buyer.
  • Buyer's own details collected and used for extortion later.
  • Buyer's crypto wallet or bank account swept after a "verification" step.

The exit scam is the business model, not a bug. Operators run a channel for a few weeks, collect payments, then rebrand.

Why buyers get caught

These channels are not hidden. Federal agents monitor carding forums and chat groups, and payment trails through crypto exchanges are traceable. Charges typically fall under wire fraud and access device fraud, and they carry felony exposure, restitution, and a record that follows you into every job application and loan. Buying one card number is enough to trigger it.

If your own card is compromised

Freeze the card in your banking app or call the number on the back. Dispute the charges in writing, change the password on the account, and turn on two-factor authentication. Then file a report with the FTC and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center. If your identity was used, the FTC's identity theft site walks you through a recovery plan step by step.

What to do instead of shopping

If you need a card number for testing, use the sandbox numbers your payment processor issues. If you are broke, carding is a fast route to a felony charge, not income. If you are just curious, watching from the outside is the only safe seat in the room.
